Barnfield College Annual Fashion Show
As part of Barnfield College's fashion course, students are required to organise a charity fashion show in its entirety - from the realisation of their fashion designs, through to actual staging of the show.
This years show was held at The Thistle Hotel, Luton, with a black, purple and silver theme. The students opted for elegant black chair covers, alternately decorated with two-tone dark purple organza sashes and lilac organza sashes. This matched the dramatic backdrop of black table clothes dressed with irredescent sparkles and matching balloons and the full black-out drapes the enveloped the room.
They also opted for a matching rose arch that all guests entered and left the show by - again, dressed in co-ordinating purples and lilacs and tulip fairy lights.
The event was a success - with Barnfield students raising a substantial amount for the Victims of Road Accident charity.
