Option C wedding chair covers hire is available to all brides in the Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire region. We also cover London.
Option C, is the perfect option for those couples who do not want to have the worry of organising and liasing their chair covers. The Sophisticated Touch - Chair Covers by Design will alleviate this stress ensuring everything is "just so" and perfect for your day.
As with all our Options, The Sophisticated Touch will provide you with high quality wedding chair covers in the colour of your choice fitted with a sash in organza or satin to match your colour theme.
As part of our service under Option C, The Sophisticated Touch will liaise with your venue or co-ordinator in the days leading up to your wedding to arrange convenient times to deliver the chair covers to your venue. This leaves you without the worry of co-ordinating yet another supplier and the knowledge your chair covers will be ready waiting for you.
Once at the venue, we will fit your chairs covers, steaming all chair covers into positon to ensure they are perfect for your day - not just the bits that will be seen like the back. All chair covers are fully steamed and inspected. Although our chair covers are professionally laundered and pressed to a high standard - they are folded for storage and transport and will naturally accrue fold marks - this is our way to ensure they are perfect for when your guests arrive. We have also been known to steam the table cloths of wedding tables, guests suits and Bridal Dresses as we could not bear to see them so creased from folding, travelling etc! The Sophisticated Touch then hand tie the sashes in your chosen design, taking care that each design is to a high standard and once again "perfect".
Once we have finished fitting, steaming and adding your sashes in your chosen design to the chair covers, we take a last check around the venue to ensure everything is in place for your day , double-checking our work and verifying final numbers with your co-ordinator.
Then, after discussion with your venue or co-ordinator, we will arrange a convienent time to collect the chair covers after your event has finished - thus alleviating the further stress and worry of when the chair covers are to be collected.
